These terms apply to your use of the Mainbeam app. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, including its warranty and liability terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
Photo scores are estimates with a stated range, and a photo read can be wrong. Taped scores are calculated from the measurements you enter. Neither is an official score. Record-book entries require an official measurer; Boone and Crockett and Pope and Young require a 60-day drying period first.
Mainbeam is not affiliated with or approved by the Boone and Crockett Club, the Pope and Young Club or Safari Club International. Their names are used only to describe scoring methods.
You get 5 free photo scores to start and 2 more each week, up to 5 at a time. A photo Mainbeam can't read, or one with no antlers in it, doesn't use one. The tape sheet is always free.
Mainbeam Pro comes as a yearly, monthly or weekly plan. Each renews automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; cancelling stops the next renewal and the plan works until the end of the period already paid. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Reading a photo uses Google's Gemini model and needs an internet connection. It can be unavailable when Google's service is busy. A read that doesn't finish doesn't use a free score.
Your photos and scores are yours. Only score photos you have the right to use.
Follow your state's regulations. Mainbeam does not tell you whether an animal is legal to take.
