Sourced is made by Fatih Alkan (“we”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so they are short.
You give Sourced a photograph of somebody in an outfit. Sourced names the garments in it and shows shops that sell that kind of thing.
This matters more than anything else here, so it is near the top.
Sourced is free to use for three photo reads a day. Sourced Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes that limit and unlocks price watching. It is offered as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan; the price of each is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings at any time after purchase. There is no free trial and no introductory offer.
Purchases are made through Apple, not from us. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms; we cannot issue one. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings.
If we change the price of a plan, the change applies only to periods beginning after we tell you, and Apple will ask you to agree before charging the new price.
Shop links open retailers’ own websites. We are not affiliated with those retailers, we carry no affiliate parameters and earn nothing from your purchase, and we have no control over their pages, prices, stock, delivery or returns. Your purchase is between you and the retailer, under their terms.
Sourced carries no adverts. We do buy adverts for Sourced elsewhere, and the app reports to Meta that it was installed and opened so that an advert can be credited. iOS asks your permission for this, and nothing in the app is gated on your answer. The Privacy Policy describes it in full.
Your pictures remain yours. To read a picture, Sourced sends it to Google’s Gemini API — the app asks before the first one is sent, and you can turn sending off in Settings. What we do with your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
You confirm that you have the right to use the pictures you give the app, and you agree not to use Sourced on images you are not entitled to use.
Do not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, except where the law says you may. Do not use it to break the law, to harass anybody, or to build a competing dataset by automated means. We may stop providing the app, or any part of it, at any time.
These terms are between you and us. Apple is not a party to them and is not responsible for Sourced or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for Sourced. If Sourced fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim that Sourced infringes a third party’s intellectual property rights, and for any product liability, legal or regulatory claim relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Sourced is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any identification or price it shows is accurate. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for Sourced in the twelve months before the claim.
If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local consumer law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it; if you do not, stop using the app and turn off auto-renew.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
These terms cover the Sourced iOS app and its share extension. They do not cover retailers’ own websites, which have their own terms.
